UNITED KITCHENS OF INDIA:- This is located at jubilee hills road no:- 45 . It is the most happening so that people can locate this place easily.

By the name, everyone can understand the concept of the restaurant. This restaurant serves dishes of the 7 states in india. For the ground flor, kitchen is permitted and on the first floor of the building they are yet to open a new café which is managed by the same management. They have indoor nd outdoor seating and even bar is available for the liquor lovers.

They have got an amazing mixologist named ‘rizwan’ who won an award in Thailand for preparing a new kind of cocktail named lotta. He even done 2 months groundwork for preparing different pulao’s which are signature dishes in this restaurant.

AMBIANCE:-The walls were racked with some nice pictures and the attraction is some walls are printed as librarian books put in the rack. I was shocked after watching it whether they are books or is it just a painting. In the bar,there are lot of drinks available like vodka,tequila,rum,whisky ….and all.

FOOD:-

STARTERS:- While watching the starters menu, I felt like whether it is a book or a menu…yeah, those many items are available with them. They have a huge kind of items which are very special in Andhra,Telangana,Punjab and other 4 states.

1) KALMI KEBAB:- It is an another starter which is made up of chicken leg piece which is marinated with creamy cheese,yogurt. And a little bit of coriander powder and pepper is added to it for the spice factor.

2) BANJARA MURGH:- This is one ofth item which can be made even with chicken,mutton and fish. It is roasted in a bowl and marinated with secret spices. This is typically a famous rajasthani dish. This really make my mouth spicy.

3) CHITTI ROYYALA TALIMPU:- This is made with shrimps topped with curry leaves and the main thing used for marinating shrimps is garlic paste. I felt the taste of garlic much and it Is good.

4) AVAKAI IGURU CHICKEN:- This is prepared by mix of avakai(mango ) pickle in the curry and that brings the tangy flavors .

5) CORN CHEESE LOLLIPOP:- The mix of smashed corn and cheese brings the ectastic flavour to it . That melted in my mouth like an ice melting in the heat.

MAINCOURSE:-

Butter naan , mirchi ka parantha,koiwisolori kochori

MUST TRY COMBINATIONS:-

1) koiwisolori kochori is the best option to have it with butter chicken .

2) Also I prefer butter naan with oragai mamsum and

3) mirchi ka parantha with sireaji manghso

PULAO’S ARE BEST THING HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMERS . These are loved by every person who comes to this restaurant.

1) PANEER PULAO:- This is made of 3-4 layers which consists of veggies placed in one layer,paneer is another layer and some jeera rice in mixed with it. And the other layer if filled with the spices and masalas to bring the spicyness for the item. For all vegetarians, This Is a must try option for them.

2) YETA MAMSUM PULAO:- This also has an other name as ‘fiery pot of rice’. Chef rizwan went to rajamundry,bheemavaram , Guntur and tasted the item over there and made a nice modification to it.. This is a heavenly item for all the non-vegetarians .

MOCKTAILS:-

Kiwi mojito,strawberry slush are the best mocktails I have ever had in my life.

Also , if you are an alcoholic, lotta is a must try cocktail which ha won an international award .


DESSERTS:-

CHOCO BROWNIE WITH VANILLA ICECREAM:-This is the chocolate world literally. Vanilla icecream is topped on chocobrownie which had a chocolate sheet on it. In other restaurants, you won’t have a chocolate sheet on the brownie. This really makes a difference ..!!

SMOOTHIES:-

1) OREO SHAKE:- It is done with mixing the rich milk with hersheys syrup and oreos cut into pieces and loaded on the top. This really deserves a good rating.

2) HAZELNUT SHAKE:- It is totally made for coffee lovers….This smells good and it is somewhat bitter in taste.
